Landmark Legal Foundation's Amicus Curae Brief On Obamacare

The issue of the constitutionality or unconstitutionality of Obamacare is before the U.S. Supreme Court. Does Congress have the power to force people to purchase a good or service from a person or entity and can that person or entity impose a penalty on people for failing to purchase that good or service under the U.S. Constitution?

Within days the Court will be hearing oral arguments in support of and in opposition to Obamacare.

A number of states have filed suit against Obamacare. Public interest law firm Landmark Legal Foundation has filed an Amicus Curae brief in opposition to Obamacare challenging the individual mandate and penalty provisions.
